Darum verstehe ich das Theater der Thais wegen COVID nicht, der Straßenverkehr ist wesentlich gefährlicher als Corona und hinterlässt viele Langzeitschäden bei der Bevölkerung, Unfälle kosten viel Geld.
Zurückzuführen ist dieser Zustand auf eine völlig unfähige Regierung und korrupte Polizei die Regeln und Gesetzt höchstens bei den Ausländern durchsetz.

Der Verkehr ist bestimmt verbesserungswürdig, mit viel Luft nach oben.
Beim C- Thema eher im Mittelfeld angesiedelt, was nicht ganz so schlecht ist.

Verstehe deine Logik nicht ganz, "sollte man sich mehr dem "Verkehr widmen" und dafür die Corona Maßnahmen links liegen lassen"?

glauben an die Wiedergeburt und so fahren sie auch.

Also in Thailand ist es definitiv gefährlicher aktiv am strassenverkehr teilzunehmen als in Dach.
Habe in meiner Thailand Karriere so einige üble Unfälle gesehen. Und nicht nur mit Motorrad.
Ich selber hatte eigentlich viel Glück, bis auf kleinere Sachen ist alles gut gelaufen.
Ausserdem fahre ich nur noch nüchtern.

das kommt auch drauf an wo man ist, in Bangkok würde ich nicht selbst fahren, aber auf Puket ist das ganz easy, dort hab ich ein Auto gemietet und bin die ganze Halbinsel abgefahren.

Lichthupen Signale bedeuten ich brauche freie Fahrt, egal was passiert.

das ist klar, aber was machste wenn mal ein Flugzeug kommt?
Mir passiert auf Puket, die Strasse die am Flughafen paralell zu den Landebahnen verläuft wurde erneuert, eine Umleitung über das Flugfeld gemacht, in Gedanken fahr ich dahin und plötzlich ein Krach von hinten und mich überholt gefühlte 50 mtr. daneben eine startende Maschine,
da wird es einem vielleicht warm ums Herz.
