THAI Facilitates Self-Baggage Collection Area, effective from 3 October, 2026.
Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) continues to expedite the delivery of delayed baggage to passengers. To further facilitate passengers who wish to self-collect baggage, THAI provides the designated area at THAI Ground Service Maintenance Building, effective from 3 October, 2026 onwards. The self-baggage collection area opens daily, 24 hours.
Passengers are requested to follow the procedures below:
1. Check Baggage Status
Passengers are advised to check baggage status before collection at
https://baggage.airportthai.co.th/
2. Location
If the status indicates that baggage is found, passengers may proceed to THAI Ground Service Maintenance building.

3. Required Documents
•Self-Collection
o Passport
o Boarding pass
o Baggage tag
• Authorized person Collection:
o Power of Attorney letter
o A copy of the passport or ID card of baggage owner of baggage
o A copy of the passport or ID card of the authorized person
o Baggage owner’s boarding pass
o Baggage owner’s baggage tag
For passengers who have already requested baggage delivery via QR Code Baggage Delivery service, THAI staff will contact you prior to bagagge delivery.
