Ernst gemeinte Frage (und sorry für Off-Topic): Etwas wie den Fahrzeug-TÜV gibt es in Thailand gar nicht, oder? D.h. jeder fahrbare Untersatz (egal, welcher Zustand oder welche Umbauten) kann dort einfach zugelassen werden?
