ich suche im Juli fuer einen Monat eine Butze. Pool waere gut und nicht gerade in Naklua.

Kennt jemand ein Guesthouse oder Hotel und dort Monatspreise ?

August hat welche, aber die hab ich vergessen.

Na das ist ja im Schnitt mehr pro Tag als ich im Maerz bezahlt habe.

Hab ja noch paar Tage Zeit zum Suchen.

haben bis Herbst 5für7, 10für14, usw.-Promotion, bei
1 Monat solle noch Luft bei Verhandlungen sein.
Pool auf'm Dach, Frühstück bis 13 Uhr. Zentral
War gerade bis vor 1 Woche dort hat gepasst. Würde allerdings nach Superior-room im Neubau fragen.

Liegen alle so in der Kategorie um 20 k + Strom.
Habe hier wohl den kommunalen für 4,5 babht.
aircon jedenfalls den ganzen Monat fast durchgängig gebrummt.

Bei einem Monat ist der Preis natürlich noch relativ hoch.
Aber mir gefällt auch die Klientel die hier so unterwegs ist.

All inc. 25.000 Baht für Deluxe Rooms.
Wenn du aber seperat für Strom.Wasser und Cleaning bezahlst,dann sind es 16.000 Baht ++

Rate is Bht.16000++ no clean per month.
It does not include water, electricity and room clean.
Water fee is Bht.50 per unit.
Electricity fee is Bht.6 per unit.
Room clean fee is Bht.200 per an order.
The payment : one month in advance and one month deposit on arrival date (cash preferred or 3% plus surcharge for credit card payment). It meant you have to pay Bht.32000 on your arrival date. We are accept only Thai Baht.
There are internet in the room by wi-fi internet. You can ask user name and password at the reception.
There are safety box in every room that set code by the customer.

Ich habe mich gegen meine ursprüngliche Absicht das R-Con zu nehmen entschieden und nun fest die Citin Loft gebucht.

Für den Monat zahle für ein großes Zimmer 30.000,-- Baht.

aber kaum berichte über das hotel.wundert mich bei dem preis,
so alt dürfte das doch nicht sein,lage ist auch ok,nähe taxiway

als südpattaya fan ist die lage spitze.da ist man ruck zuck von der jp bar in roooooooooooooom.:yc
